We respect the copyrights of other mold makers and do not knowingly or without permission
reproduce any copyrighted mold design. Accordingly, we expect the same compliance to
copyright laws by all others in the industry. We hold copyrights to all of our original designs,
and such molds are stamped with the copyright symbol.

Seller disclaims all express warranties except those that appear herein, Seller has no
knowledge as to trademark or patent rights which third parties amy claim in the goods
that are covered by this agreement. Consequently, seller makes no warranty whatsoever
with respect to the freedom of the goods covered by this agreement form claims of
infringement by third parties arising from trademark, patent, or other property rights in
such goods.

Buyer understands and agrees that seller foes not warrant the goods free of rightful claim
of any third person by way of infringement or the like.

Seller expressly disclaims any and all liability for personal injury or property damage caused
by molds or any other product manufactured, distributed, or sold by this firm; and also
disclaims any and all liability arising from the misuse or use other than their intended use by
buyer of molds or products manufactured, distributed, or sold by this company. Any
injury to persons or property caused by the products manufactured by the buyers is
fully the responsibility of the buyer.
